Jessica Fredican is a digital transformation leader who drives large-scale, data-driven and AI-informed modernization in regulated enterprises, helping them evolve into agile, tech-forward organizations. She specializes in navigating the tension between enterprise maturity and rapid innovation, by using data-driven strategy and change leadership to accelerate adoption of bold technical solutions across healthcare, energy, and financial services. 

Known for influencing C-suite executives, stakeholders, and engineering teams, Jessica champions platform strategies that balance risk mitigation with speed, while building cultures of autonomy that unlock bottom-up innovation and retain top talent through transformational change.

She is a senior advisor at RE Advosry.  Previously, she was VP of Product Management at National Grid, where she led digital transformation efforts to support a net-zero future. Her professional background includes leadership roles in product management within the healthcare and financial services sectors at organizations such as Capital One, Flatiron Health, and Zelis.

In addition to her corporate leadership, she is active in the non-profit sector, serving on the boards of GreenHomeNYC and America On Tech.

Education and Personal

Jessica earned a Master degree in computer science from Pace University. She is passionate about mentoring. She was part of Plato's professional mentorship for emerging product management and engineering leaders.
