In that role, he helped orchestrate its acquisition by MeritB2B, bringing disciplined financial leadership to transaction readiness, stakeholder alignment, and the operational planning required for a successful integration. Prior to True Influence, Michael held CFO roles at Blackbaud, Inc. and Princeton Power Systems, expanding his leadership across diverse business models and operating contexts. Across these organizations, he has partnered cross-functionally to establish and communicate organizational objectives and KPIs designed to lift productivity and performance, while also modernizing operations through cost-effective, innovative technologies that increase efficiency and scalability.
